Aan de Rotterdamseweg in Delft is Teunissen + Berendse gestart met de bouw van 3000 m² groot distributie magazijn. Het distributie magazijn is verdeeld over 3 bouwlagen en ligt pal aan de Schie. In het pand worden keukenvoorzieningen, 2 kantines, magazijnen, kantoren en een showroom aangebracht. De verdiepingen zijn per lift bereikbaar.
Het pand wordt geheel turn key opgeleverd aan de eindgebruiker Bazaar of Magic. Dit bedrijf distribueert kaartspelen in west Europa.
